Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of $10.00 will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

Incorrect Address Returns

If a product is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the return will be subject to the $10.00 restocking fee. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

Refund Process

  1. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at USAWipers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the item.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus the $10.00 restocking fee.
  4. Refund Timing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that are damaged or not in their original condition due to customer handling.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at USAWipers@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or full refund without a restocking fee.

Shipping Costs
